Effective for all bookings made with Iconic Travellers
At Iconic Travellers, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change. Below is our cancellation and refund policy which governs the
agreement between the client (“you”) and Iconic Travellers (“we/us”). Kindly review the terms carefully before making your booking.
Cancellation Charges
- 30% of the total package cost will be charged if cancelled 45 days or more before the travel date.
- 50% of the total package cost will be charged if cancelled between 30 to 45 days before the travel date.
- 100% of the package cost will be charged if cancelled within 30 days of the travel date.
Note:
- All cancellations must be sent in writing via email to be considered valid.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to natural disasters, weather conditions, landslides, political unrest, or
unforeseen closures. - There will be no refunds for cancellations caused by pandemics, virus outbreaks, or similar force majeure situations
Transport Cancellation Terms
- Flight Tickets: Refunds, if any, will be processed as per airline policies.
- Train Tickets: Subject to IRCTC rules and fare type.
- Volvo/Bus Tickets: Non-refundable under all circumstances
Additional Cancellation Charges
In addition to the above, 10% of the total trip cost or INR 10,000/- per person (Whichever is higher) will be charged as file handling charges if the guest cancels the trip, regardless of the timing of the cancellation.
Refund Policy
- Any applicable refund will be processed after 15 working days from the official date of cancellation.
- Refunds will be credited via the original mode of payment or bank transfer, after adjusting applicable charges.
Important Notes
- All disputes, if any, are subject to New Delhi jurisdiction only.
- Iconic Travellers is not responsible for loss of goods, belongings, or life during the tour. Guests participate in tours at their own risk and responsibility.
